Gross McGinley's lawyers continue their history of excellence in getting results for their nonprofit clients in zoning matters

Victor F. Cavacini and Kimberly Spotts-Kimmel represented Community Services for Children ("CSC"), which strives to provide successful learning opportunities to Lehigh Valley children and their families, in obtaining a special exception to operate its Pre-K Counts program, thereby allowing CSC to bring high quality pre-school education to low income preschoolers in Allentown.

 

Jack Gross represented Treatment Trends, which provides superior addiction treatment for adults, adolescents and their families, in securing a successful expansion of Treatment Trends' drug and alcohol treatment program.  Jack also represented Casa Guadalupe, which provides important health, education, social services and community development to predominantly Latino and minority residents of the Lehigh Valley, to obtain approval to use an existing warehouse as Casa Guadalupe's community center.

 

Kimberly Spotts-Kimmel represented the Allentown Rescue Mission (the "Mission"), which provides critical emergency shelter, and high quality residential drug and alcohol treatment and long term residential programming to homeless men in Allentown, to successfully secure a modification of a condition to a previous special exception so that the Mission can expand the bed capacity for its emergency shelter and Christian Living and Values Program.
